2. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
The purpose of this Distance Sales Agreement is to govern the sale of the products ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER's website, www.lumieresc.com, and to define the rights and obligations of both parties under the relevant laws, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Law and E-Commerce Regulations in force in the SELLER’s country and the country of the BUYER.

4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE
4.1 The SELLER agrees to deliver the product to the BUYER’s specified address within the time frame of 30 (thirty) days from the order date.
4.2 In case of unforeseen events or delays caused by the courier, the SELLER shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement without providing any reason and without incurring any penalties within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the product(s).
5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must inform the SELLER via email or written notification within the specified period.
5.3 The product(s) must be returned unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging.
5.4 The return shipping cost is borne by the BUYER unless otherwise agreed.

6. EXEMPTIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been customized or made to order, and for products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (such as used silk shawls).

7. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS
7.1 Payment is to be made electronically at the time of order.
7.2 The SELLER will arrange for delivery via a third-party courier.
7.3 The BUYER is responsible for inspecting the product at the time of delivery and reporting any issues via a delivery receipt or a written notice.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of a dispute arising from this agreement, both parties shall resolve the dispute by negotiating in good faith. If the dispute remains unresolved, the BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board or the Consumer Court of the SELLER’s country.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by the laws of the country where the SELLER is based. Any disputes related to the agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the SELLER’s country.

10. ENTRY INTO FORCE
This agreement shall be binding upon the BUYER upon completing the online purchase and confirming the order electronically. The BUYER affirms having read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
