If you notice any damage, missing items, or if the seal appears to have been broken, do not sign any documents and kindly request the courier to prepare a damage report, then return the package. Once this procedure is followed, a replacement will be sent to you promptly.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged items if a package with visible damage or issues has been accepted and signed for.
