Upon Receiving Your Order

Before signing the delivery receipt, please inspect the package for any signs of damage or tampering. If you notice any damage, missing items, or if the seal appears to have been broken, do not sign any documents and kindly request the courier to prepare a damage report, then return the package. Once this procedure is followed, a replacement will be sent to you promptly.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged items if a package with visible damage or issues has been accepted and signed for.
